Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) László Medgyesi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, László Medgyesi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Severino Fernandez. László Medgyesi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Róbert Vajda struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Severino Fernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gyál United. 10 minutes into the match, Andres Guijarro notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Gyál United's Sándor Jászberényi. Sándor Jászberényi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elias March received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Sándor Jászberényi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sándor Jászberényi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis-Javier Durango, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Sándor Jászberényi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis-Javier Durango went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute Andres Guijarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sándor Jászberényi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Riemannian's Roi Fernandez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sándor Jászberényi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Severino Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by István Juhász in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute Andres Guijarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sándor Jászberényi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47thth minute of the game Luis-Javier Durango who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gyál United's Sándor Jászberényi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Riemannian were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Andres Guijarro made the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Roi Fernandez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Riemannian booed when Gyál United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. István Juhász didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sándor Jászberényi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roi Fernandez went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-8 was the resulting score. Roi Fernandez in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sándor Jászberényi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Andres Guijarro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sándor Jászberényi. That made the score 1-9 in the 70 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Andres Guijarro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sándor Jászberényi was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Sándor Jászberényi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andres Guijarro's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. After 83 played minutes Gyál United got a freekick which was hit by Lajos Détári. 83 minutes into the match, Riemannian's Casado Bernal broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Luis-Javier Durango sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
