Adolfo Millano started the match with the kick off. Mikeldi Barzana's late challenge caught a A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikeldi Barzana helped the player get up and apologised. Mikeldi Barzana hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Xamo Viladrosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Santos Borré in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the game Marin Mascovescu made a throw-in which Adolfo Millano played forward. Xamo Viladrosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Santos Borré went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Adolfo Millano got a free kick in the 19th minute. Severo Elequemedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iván Sotomayor, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 23 minutes into the game, Iván Sotomayor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Severo Elequemedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iván Sotomayor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severo Elequemedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Iván Sotomayor took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severo Elequemedo. Severo Elequemedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Adolfo Millano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Severo Elequemedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iván Sotomayor in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Zacarias Sambrano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iván Sotomayor was the one to do the kick off. Xamo Viladrosa was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Adolfo Millano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adolfo Millano really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Zacarias Sambrano kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Reimundo Nobajas fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balkes FC's protests and gave Reimundo Nobajas a yellow card for diving instead. Reimundo Nobajas hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Zacarias Sambrano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iván Sotomayor kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Balkes FC's Xamo Viladrosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Berto in the 69th minute of play. Iván Sotomayor hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Rafael Santos Borré ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xamo Viladrosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After 93 played minutes Balkes FC got a freekick which was hit by Reimundo Nobajas.
