A nice corner shot did that İhsan Kara got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jim Sutton quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Manchester City booed when HİSAR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cabbar Çiftçi didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Manchester City getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Stevie Colman hit a great ball. Kamil Toktimur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim Sutton having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kamil Toktimur made a kick off. In the 66th match minute, HİSAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Halis Şahan to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th match minute, HİSAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doğuhan Miran to maneuver through the defense. Semail Tanalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Stevie Colman made a precise shot to the right of Ercüment Keskiner. HİSAR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.
