In the 24th minute of the match, 赵岩松 got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mario Klompe was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 贺梁景 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damien Schimmel in the 26th minute of play. Zijdewind SC's Mario Klompe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 赵岩松 in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院 were awarded a corner. 李天昂 went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 32 minutes, 李天昂 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院's supporters crossed their fingers, but 李天昂 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute 李天昂 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Klompe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zijdewind SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 李天昂 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 李天昂 was the one to do the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院's 何傲铮 made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mario Klompe was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 58 played minutes Zijdewind SC got a freekick which was hit by Damien Schimmel. If 赵岩松 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 柳彬誉 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bram Hegeman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 贺梁景 having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by 李天昂 in the 70th minute of play forced Zijdewind SC's goalkeeper Mario Klompe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 minutes, 何傲铮 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院 and the Zijdewind SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdi Dekens in the 73rd minute of play forced ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院's goalkeeper 贺梁景 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, 何傲铮 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mario Klompe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 79 minutes into the match, Zijdewind SC's goal looked a bit too open when 李天昂 came free, but Mario Klompe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 李天昂 took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mario Klompe. Mario Klompe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Mario Klompe came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院's 李天昂. But to his dismay, 李天昂 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 何傲铮 kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Zijdewind SC's Mario Klompe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 李天昂 in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match.
