The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gervasio Dei made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Fernado Folgueral sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Zebolla FC's Heitor Dorrial slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gervasio Dei. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. Rolando Raymond kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Zebolla FC's Gervasio Dei threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Heitor Dorrial, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Chanchos's Gervasio Dei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavieon Sorribo in the 13th minute of play. Fernado Folgueral's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gervasio Dei firmly grabbed it by the left post. Gervasio Dei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heitor Dorrial, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Fernado Folgueral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gervasio Dei. Chanchos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernado Folgueral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Ysidro Herruz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gervasio Dei came out and tried to block the shot, but Ysidro Herruz slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgos Dimas in the 25th minute of play forced Chanchos's goalkeeper Gervasio Dei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervasio Dei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heitor Dorrial, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xavieon Sorribo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gervasio Dei. Chanchos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gervasio Dei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernado Folgueral in the 35th minute. Gervasio Dei made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Fernado Folgueral sent off a good shot on target. Chanchos's Gervasio Dei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Chanchos from getting a goal against them. Chanchos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Xavieon Sorribo scored to the left of an out of position Gervasio Dei, making the score, 4-0. In the 43rd minute Xavieon Sorribo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Dei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Zebolla FC's Joaquim Lucas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0.

In the 51st minute, Fernado Folgueral made a precise shot to the right of Gervasio Dei. Chanchos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After a defensive mix-up in Chanchos's zone, Fernado Folgueral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervasio Dei came out of the goal and Fernado Folgueral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heitor Dorrial might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gervasio Dei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Heitor Dorrial ran back to his position shaking his head. 57 minutes into the match, Zebolla FC's Xavieon Sorribo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gervasio Dei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gervasio Dei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernado Folgueral in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernado Folgueral in the 61st minute of play forced Chanchos's goalkeeper Gervasio Dei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosendo Estevez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Chanchos defense, Joaquim Lucas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gervasio Dei. The Chanchos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gervasio Dei should have stopped the shot. Gervasio Dei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xan Mesones, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Chanchos's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandez Pedros came free, but Gervasio Dei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Xavieon Sorribo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Gervasio Dei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 78 minutes into the match, Chanchos's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Lucas came free, but Gervasio Dei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Xavieon Sorribo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gervasio Dei. Gervasio Dei was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zebolla FC's Aznar Guillamas was substituted for Xavieon Sorribo. Gervasio Dei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernandez Pedros in the 95th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Aznar Guillamas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gervasio Dei was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zebolla FC fully deserved thier win.
