Tommy Örn hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the FC Momlinho defense, Serafin Froylan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrian Käcker. The FC Momlinho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrian Käcker should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Florin in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Käcker saved FC Momlinho from getting behind. Adrian Käcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Florin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Serafin Froylan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Käcker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Robustiano Sansone notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC Momlinho's Adrian Käcker. Adrian Käcker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ivan Poncio charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivan Poncio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes Kaplan got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Poncio. Kaplan's René Higuita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Sundberg in the 26th minute of play. Oliver Olsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. René Higuita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Käcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edward Dalkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 45 minutes into the game, Mauricio Cordera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kaplan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Momlinho the free kick. In the 45th minute, Mauricio Cordera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 47 minutes, Jens-Erik Ivarsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Momlinho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens-Erik Ivarsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The FC Momlinho players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kaplan were winning 0-3.

In the 52nd minute, Mauro Franco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kaplan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Florin got free with Adrian Käcker in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th match minute, Kaplan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Florin to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Edward Dalkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. René Higuita was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Jens-Erik Ivarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Momlinho's Adrian Käcker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save FC Momlinho from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Kaplan's Adrian Käcker threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Serafin Froylan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gürol Tamer kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Adrian Käcker made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Serafin Froylan sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute, Damian Florin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kaplan had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
