The AFC United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 22 minutes into the game, Sermet Akçakoca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fabien Barthez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denis Law scored 2-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ali Kaan Torcan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute, Ekialde Balsera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON defense, Balesio Leiva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Kaan Torcan. The SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Kaan Torcan should have stopped the shot. If Berker Rıza Nafi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 41 minutes into the match, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's goal looked a bit too open when Ekialde Balsera came free, but Ali Kaan Torcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sefa Suay's late challenge caught a AFC United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sefa Suay helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Sefa Suay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Kaan Torcan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Baltasar Zunzunegui. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
After a rather tough play, AFC United's Severiano Fariñas got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 53rd minute, Berker Rıza Nafi fired a really elegant long shot, but Fabien Barthez threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. In the 55th minute, Denis Law made a precise shot to the right of Ali Kaan Torcan. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Ali Kaan Torcan came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC United's Denis Law. But to his dismay, Denis Law quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. 62 minutes into the game, AFC United's Denis Law nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ali Kaan Torcan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Ali Kaan Torcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balesio Leiva in the 65th minute of play. Ali Kaan Torcan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekialde Balsera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Ata Kanver seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ata Kanver the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ata Kanver had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Ali Kaan Torcan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Archibaldo Ahumada went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. 73 minutes into the match, Severiano Fariñas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Kaan Torcan. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severiano Fariñas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON booed when AFC United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemanja Vidic didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berker Rıza Nafi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabien Barthez. AFC United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sermet Akçakoca during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON got a freekick which was hit by Sermet Akçakoca. Ali Kaan Torcan didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when AFC United's Ekialde Balsera shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 12-1 in the ordered_time% minute. AFC United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
