Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) Sebastian Gehlen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, Ronny Felich was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Poli Timisoara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Papillon AC the free kick. In the 4th match minute, Poli Timisoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronny Felich to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Timoteo Herrera from long distance, 5 minutes into the match, got Christoph Jurk's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Oscar Urki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Christoph Jurk made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Papillon AC's Olli-Pekka Suoste slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christoph Jurk. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. Poli Timisoara's Christoph Jurk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Milian in the 22nd minute of play. Patrik Andres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28thth minute of the game Julius-Lasse Eichenauer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Papillon AC's Narciso Froylan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teofilo Milian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Christoph Jurk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 minutes of play, Papillon AC's Olli-Pekka Suoste made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christoph Jurk was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Poli Timisoara getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Uwe Kuinke hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Herrera came free, but Christoph Jurk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olli-Pekka Suoste to strike the kick off in the second half. Julien-Nils Ruge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julius-Lasse Eichenauer might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Narciso Froylan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julius-Lasse Eichenauer ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Papillon AC's goalkeeper Narciso Froylan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Severino Niva hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Papillon AC's Oscar Urki got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patrik Andres during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Patrik Andres hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After having played for 68 minutes, Teofilo Milian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Papillon AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Milian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 71 minutes into the game, Olli-Pekka Suoste was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Papillon AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poli Timisoara the free kick. A collision led to Papillon AC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Olli-Pekka Suoste hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the game, Poli Timisoara's Sebastian Gehlen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Narciso Froylan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Christoph Jurk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Urki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Olli-Pekka Suoste ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christoph Jurk was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After 90th play minutes Sebastian Gehlen shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Narciso Froylan and just under the crossbar into goal. Christoph Jurk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Milian in the 96th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Papillon AC had won after a very even match.
