Tom Løland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxim Stroia having to interfere. When Sagene IF's Vetle Bårdsen in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dacians Academy's Viorel Mateescu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Olav Westad in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sagene IF's Olav Westad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolae Dică in the 35th minute of play. Olav Westad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Junior Ronaldinho in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Codrin Ţurlău was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dacians Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sagene IF the free kick. A collision led to Dacians Academy getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Codrin Ţurlău hit a great ball. Junior Ronaldinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Olav Westad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Dacians Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aron Dichiseanu to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Junior Coman made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Dacians Academy's Aron Dichiseanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olav Westad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 58th match minute, Sagene IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Løland to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the match, Vetle Bårdsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxim Stroia. Dacians Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vetle Bårdsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Junior Coman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Olav Westad came out and tried to block the shot, but Junior Coman slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 69th minute. Olav Westad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurențiu Dănciulescu in the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sagene IF's goalkeeper Olav Westad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Olav Westad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Junior Coman in the 88th minute of the match. Nicolae Dică could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Olav Westad made a huge save. After 92 minutes Sagene IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Viorel Mateescu who took care of the corner kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Aron Dichiseanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dacians Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Aron Dichiseanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olav Westad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sagene IF getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Christer Kinn hit a great ball. Sagene IF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
