Spectators: 7499 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marcelo Vasconcelos got the match started through his kick off. Jurjen van der Gun came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Arsenal MGK's Al Pištěk. But to his dismay, Al Pištěk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Frisco Gómez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ton Stolte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jurjen van der Gun came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Arsenal MGK's Al Pištěk. But to his dismay, Al Pištěk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Barnaba Drebit came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jurjen van der Gun could save by the left post. Henk van Persie kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. With a little luck, Seagulls's Jurjen van der Gun got control of the ball when Barnaba Drebit tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Vasconcelos came free, but Jurjen van der Gun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Stef Pragt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Barnaba Drebit ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jurjen van der Gun was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Jurjen van der Gun was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcelo Vasconcelos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 29 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Vasconcelos in the 33rd minute of play forced Seagulls's goalkeeper Jurjen van der Gun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute of the match, Barnaba Drebit got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jurjen van der Gun was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Seagulls's Jurjen van der Gun got control of the ball when Al Pištěk tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Barnaba Drebit got free with Jurjen van der Gun in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jurjen van der Gun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Al Pištěk in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute, Al Pištěk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arsenal MGK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. A collision led to Seagulls getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ton Stolte hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carsten Klaasens was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes, Carsten Klaasens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seagulls and the Arsenal MGK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joep Haremeijer hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Akil Yurtsever came free, but Jurjen van der Gun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ton Stolte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Vasconcelos in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jurjen van der Gun saved Seagulls from getting behind. Seagulls's Jurjen van der Gun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Al Pištěk in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Marcelo Vasconcelos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arsenal MGK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Al Pištěk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jurjen van der Gun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Barnaba Drebit ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jurjen van der Gun was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Al Pištěk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jurjen van der Gun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seagulls's Jurjen van der Gun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Vasconcelos in the 73rd minute of play. Seagulls's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carsten Klaasens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Seagulls defense, Al Pištěk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jurjen van der Gun. The Seagulls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jurjen van der Gun should have stopped the shot. Marcelo Vasconcelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurjen van der Gun having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Barnaba Drebit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal MGK's supporters rose to their feet, but Barnaba Drebit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jurjen van der Gun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute Al Pištěk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurjen van der Gun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenal MGK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
