Spectators: 7538 (Terracing: 5655, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaur Abaurre started the match with the kick off. Ryan Abascal kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Claris Abar acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 3rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sefa Özdemir. In the 8th minute, Munat Tayka's Benedicto Abello seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Benedicto Abello the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Munat Tayka protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Benedicto Abello had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 15 played minutes Munat Tayka got a freekick which was hit by Xilo Abastas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Etxahun Curiel in the 17th minute of play forced Munat Tayka's goalkeeper Claris Abar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Lionel-Andrés Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claris Abar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bela Partearroyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Claris Abar made a huge save. Bela Partearroyo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 25 played minutes Munat Tayka got a freekick which was hit by Ryan Abascal. In the 31st minute, Bela Partearroyo made a precise shot to the right of Claris Abar. Munat Tayka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 40 minutes into the match, Munat Tayka's goalkeeper Claris Abar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bela Partearroyo. Mitxel Abella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Eduardo Herreria kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Claris Abar. That made the score 3-0 in the 48 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lionel-Andrés Messias to strike the kick off in the second half. Edelmiro Villalcazar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mitxel Abella in the 53rd minute. Edelmiro Villalcazar made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Mitxel Abella sent off a good shot on target. 56 minutes into the game, Bela Partearroyo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Claris Abar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bela Partearroyo during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Munat Tayka booed when Diablos Rojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bela Partearroyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mitxel Abella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Villalcazar having to interfere. Munat Tayka's Mitxel Abella got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel-Andrés Messias in the 80th minute of play forced Munat Tayka's goalkeeper Claris Abar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richie Abellaneda charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richie Abellaneda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st match minute, Munat Tayka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richie Abellaneda to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Munat Tayka's Rico Abad got a free kick in the 85th minute. Claris Abar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Herreria in the 88th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Munat Tayka players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Diablos Rojos.
