An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Budrewicz in the 3rd minute of play forced SC Braga's goalkeeper Adelino Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's Luís Cubilla in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Braga's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Cubilla in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adelino Coelho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Luís Cubilla sped through SC Braga's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Adelino Coelho. Luís Cubilla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adelino Coelho having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Cubilla in the 15th minute of play forced SC Braga's goalkeeper Adelino Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Ricardo Vasques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güntekin Adılhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caetano Coutinho charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Caetano Coutinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, SC Braga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the game, ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's Luís Cubilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adelino Coelho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Josué Pacheco hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Luís Cubilla notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of SC Braga's Adelino Coelho. Adelino Coelho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in SC Braga's zone, Luís Cubilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adelino Coelho came out of the goal and Luís Cubilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the match, SC Braga's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Cubilla came free, but Adelino Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adelino Coelho came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's Luís Cubilla. But to his dismay, Luís Cubilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 47 minutes into the match, Luís Cubilla notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of SC Braga's Adelino Coelho. Adelino Coelho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cássio Osório was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Luís Cubilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Cubilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, SC Braga's goalkeeper Adelino Coelho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Cubilla. ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's Güntekin Adılhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evandro Figueiras in the 57th minute of play. SC Braga's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Luís Cubilla scored to the left of an out of position Adelino Coelho, making the score, 0-7. Ünsal Tezcan kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Adelino Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Budrewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th play minute Luís Cubilla came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Adelino Coelho. 0-9. The crowd rose to their feet as Luís Cubilla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adelino Coelho. That made the score 0-10 in the 82 minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, SC Braga's goalkeeper Adelino Coelho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Cubilla. SC Braga were furious when Leandro Queirós was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 94th minute, one of SC Braga:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Braga. Robert Budrewicz placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 97 played minutes SC Braga got a freekick which was hit by Moisés Álvares.
