In the 3rd minute Ramon Nesta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Bojin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Champions Iasi getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Mihail Soneriu hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Ramon Beckham could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Ovidiu Bojin however easily saved by the left post. 11 minutes into the match, Ramon Beckham had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidiu Bojin. Champions Iasi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Beckham was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Champions Iasi's goalkeeper Ovidiu Bojin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Grondona. Manole Crașovan scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Ibañez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ovidiu Bojin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Grondona, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ramon Nesta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Ovidiu Bojin made a huge save. After 47 played minutes RamPa Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Ospetsu Gene. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramon Beckham was the one to do the kick off. Ramon Maldini was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. After 53 played minutes RamPa Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Maldini. After a defensive mix-up in Champions Iasi's zone, Dantel Obeso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidiu Bojin came out of the goal and Dantel Obeso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 60 minutes, Luca Rădvan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Champions Iasi and the RamPa Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luca Rădvan kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Dantel Obeso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidiu Bojin having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Champions Iasi's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Grondona came free, but Ovidiu Bojin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute Ramon Grondona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Bojin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manole Crașovan got free with Oscar Ibañez in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramon Cachero hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 81 minutes of play, RamPa Football Club's Ramon Grondona made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovidiu Bojin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ovidiu Bojin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Grondona, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute, Lucca Payet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute Ramon Grondona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Bojin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidiu Bojin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Nesta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of RamPa Football Club booed when Champions Iasi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toader Apăvăloaie didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, RamPa Football Club's Dantel Obeso got a free kick in the 95th minute. After 96 played minutes Champions Iasi got a freekick which was hit by Manole Crașovan. There was no doubt that RamPa Football Club were the better team. RamPa Football Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
