The supporters of MagicTeam booed when Yung Gunners FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lu Kang Yi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the MagicTeam defense, Lu Kang Yi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Siebe Callaerts. The MagicTeam fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Siebe Callaerts should have stopped the shot. Paolo-César Rau hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lu Kang Yi in the 32nd minute of play forced MagicTeam's goalkeeper Siebe Callaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Yung Gunners FK booed when MagicTeam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulus Steenberghs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximilian Strömbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziggy Zaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. A collision led to MagicTeam getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Waud Bourgignon hit a great ball. In the 45th minute Ziggy Zaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximilian Strömbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lu Kang Yi to strike the kick off in the second half. Paolo-César Rau hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 57 played minutes Yung Gunners FK got a freekick which was hit by CJ Traoré. Jerom Mampaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 68 minutes, Ziggy Zaga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MagicTeam and the Yung Gunners FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Siebe Callaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lu Kang Yi in the 70th minute of the match. Siebe Callaerts came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Yung Gunners FK's Lu Kang Yi. But to his dismay, Lu Kang Yi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 82nd minute, Douglas Wuyts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by CJ Traoré in the 90th minute of play forced MagicTeam's goalkeeper Siebe Callaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Yung Gunners FK had won after a very even match.
