When Liudvikas Balsevičius fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Mintis Vilnius's protests and gave Liudvikas Balsevičius a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, İsrafil Yağız got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mustafa Kemal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Nieves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Fonso Villagarcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mustafa Kemal. Chepe Velis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsrafil Yağız, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Fonso Villagarcia fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Overal Peru's protests and gave Fonso Villagarcia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th minute, Mustafa Juodis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chepe Velis. The goal made the score 5-1. FK Mintis Vilnius's Mustafa Kemal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Txema Cerredo in the 47th minute of play.

Overal Peru's Chepe Velis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mustafa Kemal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrew Barquerin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sigitas Ivoška struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Chepe Velis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Mintis Vilnius. Sigitas Ivoška's late challenge caught a Overal Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sigitas Ivoška helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FK Mintis Vilnius's Sigitas Ivoška got a free kick in the 90th minute. İsrafil Yağız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
