Edmund Solak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Refugio's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in GKS Milenium's zone, Jeronimo Bento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmund Solak came out of the goal and Jeronimo Bento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmund Solak was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Amadeo Uxio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Amadeo Uxio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Edmund Solak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amadeo Uxio's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Amadeo Uxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Refugio kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Edmund Solak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeronimo Bento in the 38th minute. Nunez Astudillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Kaszubowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeronimo Bento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Solak having to interfere. Edmund Solak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Uxio, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. When Tomasz Gdowski fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GKS Milenium's protests and gave Tomasz Gdowski a yellow card for diving instead. Tomasz Gdowski kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Amadeo Uxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Ryszard Rutkowski made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Estrellas de Caballito booed when GKS Milenium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Kapera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute of the match Igor Erruki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edmund Solak skillfully saved the ball. When Estrellas de Caballito's Jeronimo Bento in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GKS Milenium's goalie prevented a goal. Estrellas de Caballito's Severiano Hustaz suffered a concussion after 65 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Witold Burdalski during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th match minute, GKS Milenium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witold Burdalski to maneuver through the defense. When Estrellas de Caballito's Amadeo Uxio, in the 74th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Estrellas de Caballito. Edmund Solak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Refugio in the 76th minute of play. If Amadeo Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, GKS Milenium's Witold Burdalski got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 85 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Bento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmund Solak. GKS Milenium's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeronimo Bento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Alberto Refugio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Solak having to interfere. Patricio Sabin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Jeronimo Bento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edmund Solak was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Edmund Solak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Refugio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Estrellas de Caballito's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
