In the 5th minute, Hulki Baysoy fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hulki Baysoy in the 9th minute of play forced Los Frogos's goalkeeper Sverker Nyberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Björkqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Björkqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sansargiller FK's Gürel Çoğahan was substituted for Fırat Ankara. The supporters of Sansargiller FK booed when Los Frogos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Björkqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Sansargiller FK's Sverker Nyberg threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hulki Baysoy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice moves Hakkı Kenan Mertol could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Sverker Nyberg however easily saved by the left post. In the 15th match minute, Los Frogos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Pååk to maneuver through the defense. Sverker Nyberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hulki Baysoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute Sansargiller FK were awarded a corner. Kerimhan Nabi went to the cornerflag to take it. Gürel Çoğahan made a great header on Sansargiller FK's corner, it was just that Los Frogos's Sverker Nyberg managed to reach the ball for a save. After 27 played minutes Los Frogos got a freekick which was hit by Hubert Målare. Sansargiller FK's Hulki Baysoy managed to work through Los Frogos's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Hulki Baysoy dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 33rd minute Hulki Baysoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sverker Nyberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Hulki Baysoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Frogos's Sverker Nyberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Ingvar Håkansson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fatih Mecnun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sansargiller FK's Fatih Mecnun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Gualtieri in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute Frank Gualtieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fatih Mecnun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Los Frogos's goal looked a bit too open when Hulki Baysoy came free, but Sverker Nyberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sverker Nyberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürel Çoğahan in the 44th minute of play. After 46 minutes of play, Sansargiller FK's Hakkı Kenan Mertol made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sverker Nyberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christoffer Mårtensson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hubert Målare kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Fatih Mecnun successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Frank Gualtieri scored 2-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fatih Mecnun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute, Hulki Baysoy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sverker Nyberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Christoffer Mårtensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Los Frogos's goal looked a bit too open when Hulki Baysoy came free, but Sverker Nyberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute Sansargiller FK were awarded a corner. Kerimhan Nabi went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Sansargiller FK's Hakkı Kenan Mertol to fire away a dangerous shot which Sverker Nyberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fatih Mecnun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Gualtieri, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hulki Baysoy in the 79th minute of play forced Los Frogos's goalkeeper Sverker Nyberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sverker Nyberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakkı Kenan Mertol in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Hulki Baysoy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sverker Nyberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. The supporters of Sansargiller FK booed when Los Frogos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Örjan Brenner didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 88 minutes, Torbjörn Springfält mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Frogos and the Sansargiller FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes, Sansargiller FK's Kerimhan Nabi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sverker Nyberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sansargiller FK reached it. In the 90th minute, Ingvar Håkansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Frogos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. In the 93rd minute, Hulki Baysoy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sverker Nyberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-3. In the 96th minute Hulki Baysoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sverker Nyberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Frogos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
