Charles Johansson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 5th match minute, AC Superstar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of AC Superstar booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Traian Uzuneanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harry Hernström in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Zenga saved Scorpions -MM- from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Harry Hernström put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Walter Zenga. Harry Hernström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Walter Zenga made a huge save. Charles Johansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Uzuneanu in the 13th minute of the match. Walter Zenga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sture Ström in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute Sture Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Zenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Costel Ţintă made a precise shot to the right of Charles Johansson. AC Superstar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After 31 played minutes, Scorpions -MM-'s Luca Păun shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Charles Johansson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Scorpions -MM- reached it. Dan Tinu might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charles Johansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dan Tinu ran back to his position shaking his head. Scorpions -MM-'s Dan Tinu got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Costel Ţintă struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Charles Johansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scorpions -MM-. After having played for 43 minutes, Dan Tinu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scorpions -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dan Tinu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The AC Superstar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Scorpions -MM- were winning 1-3.

52 minutes into the match, Sture Ström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walter Zenga. Scorpions -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sture Ström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Walter Zenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Ström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Scorpions -MM-'s Costel Ţintă got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Scorpions -MM-'s Augustin Vergulescu was substituted for Dan Tinu. Scorpions -MM-'s Walter Zenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Hernström in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Klintæus in the 62nd minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Walter Zenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costel Ţintă had several of the AC Superstar's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-4 score and a disappointed Charles Johansson as he didn't even see the shot coming. 71 minutes into the match, AC Superstar's goalkeeper Charles Johansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Costel Ţintă. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Hernström in the 74th minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Walter Zenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Zenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Hernström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charles Johansson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Costel Ţintă showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 81 minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Tony Dobos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Scorpions -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Superstar the free kick. After a rather tough play, Scorpions -MM-'s Tony Dobos got a free kick in the 84th minute. Scorpions -MM-'s Walter Zenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Hernström in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute of the match Traian Uzuneanu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charles Johansson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
