Walter Zenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Haszczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Dan Tinu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cornel Giuverdea during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cornel Giuverdea hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If Slawomir Adamowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 18 minutes into the match, Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dan Tinu. Walter Zenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Zapolski in the 21st minute of play. Walter Zenga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cezary Niemojewski's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Walter Zenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Niemojewski in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Scorpions -MM-'s Costel Ţintă dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Alex Vrânceanu charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Vrânceanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Alex Vrânceanu hit a great ball. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Walter Zenga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 43 minutes of play, Scorpions -MM-'s Costel Ţintă made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thibaut Courtois was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Costel Ţintă to make the kick off. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Alex Vrânceanu hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Niemojewski came free, but Walter Zenga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Scorpions -MM- made a substitution. Traian Uzuneanu replaced Alex Vrânceanu. Teodor Nisporeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Walter Zenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slawomir Adamowicz in the 61st minute of play. After 61 played minutes Szczakowianka got a freekick which was hit by Dariusz Haszczak. Walter Zenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Niemojewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Octav Vătăşel hit a great ball. Szczakowianka's Thibaut Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Vergulescu in the 86th minute of play. Walter Zenga didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Szczakowianka's Cezary Niemojewski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 91st play minutes Traian Uzuneanu shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Thibaut Courtois and just under the crossbar into goal. Szczepan Dropinski kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Scorpions -MM-'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
