The referee ignored FC Hugo's protests and gave Avo Laaser a yellow card for diving instead. Avo Laaser hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. AC Superstar's Sture Ström got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charles Johansson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paavo Peet showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. In the 14th minute, Harry Hernström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andre Pere was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Andre Pere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Hernström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of AC Superstar booed when FC Hugo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aivar Pentjärv didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Hugo's Andre Pere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sture Ström in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Harry Hernström made a precise shot to the right of Andre Pere. FC Hugo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Andre Pere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvard Åkesson in the 34th minute of the match. Andre Pere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Ström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Avo Laaser was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 40 minutes into the match. After 41 played minutes FC Hugo got a freekick which was hit by Avo Laaser. Sture Ström scored 1-5 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andre Pere, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half AC Superstar were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Klintæus was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Maarek Nisu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sture Ström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andre Pere came out and tried to block the shot, but Sture Ström slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 53rd minute. Andre Pere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Hernström, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Maarek Nisu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Andre Pere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Hernström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AC Superstar's Charles Johansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paavo Peet in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paavo Peet in the 69th minute of play forced AC Superstar's goalkeeper Charles Johansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on FC Hugo's corner Tauri Roost fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Charles Johansson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 72nd minute Harry Hernström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andre Pere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, FC Hugo's goalkeeper Andre Pere had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Klintæus. FC Hugo's Andre Pere proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Hugo from getting a goal against them. FC Hugo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when David Klintæus scored to the left of an out of position Andre Pere, making the score, 1-8. The FC Hugo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AC Superstar's performance. The match ended with a win for AC Superstar.
