After the first half VERDOLAGA CITY FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bartolome Erosa to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Ove Damm successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vicente Davalos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan Åman went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The Gotham City supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching VERDOLAGA CITY FC's performance. The match ended with a win for VERDOLAGA CITY FC.
