Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 145) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Belchior Ribas got the match started through his kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's goal looked a bit too open when Hildeberto Sesimbra came free, but Allan de Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Francisco Vaz took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateus Teves. Mateus Teves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Manuel Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Francisco Vaz in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateus Teves saved Academia Monte Gordo from getting behind. When Inter de Melão's João Francisco Vaz in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Academia Monte Gordo's goalie prevented a goal. Allan de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hildeberto Sesimbra in the 29th minute of the match. Belchior Ribas took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Allan de Almeida. Allan de Almeida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Marcos Leonardo took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Allan de Almeida. In the 40thth minute of the game João Francisco Vaz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Monte Gordo's Mateus Teves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner led Inter de Melão's Luiz Fabiano Novaes to fire away a dangerous shot which Mateus Teves despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
The wind increased when João Francisco Vaz made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Manuel Couto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Allan de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belchior Ribas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Academia Monte Gordo booed when Inter de Melão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adhemar Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Allan de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hildeberto Sesimbra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Couto in the 64th minute of play forced Inter de Melão's goalkeeper Allan de Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inter de Melão's Allan de Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hildeberto Sesimbra in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th match minute, Inter de Melão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Dias to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Academia Monte Gordo's zone, João Francisco Vaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateus Teves came out of the goal and João Francisco Vaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hildeberto Sesimbra during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Academia Monte Gordo getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Hildeberto Sesimbra hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Leonardo in the 83rd minute of play forced Inter de Melão's goalkeeper Allan de Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Allan de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hildeberto Sesimbra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Inter de Melão's Cido Urbano got a free kick in the 86th minute. Allan de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belchior Ribas, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Allan de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hildeberto Sesimbra in the 90th minute of the match. Allan de Almeida came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Monte Gordo's Marcos Leonardo. But to his dismay, Marcos Leonardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Inter de Melão's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
