Rüştü Preudhomme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute Luk Ombelets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Édouard Mendy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandro Maciel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandro Maciel made a kick off. Robbin Meeus's late challenge caught a 卡納里尼奧 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robbin Meeus helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute, Robbin Meeus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timeteo Pinto hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Édouard Mendy made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Robbie De Kijser sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Olavarria FC's Stefan Klopterop got a free kick in the 94th minute. Dorian do Vale, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rômulo Soares came free, but Rüştü Preudhomme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. 卡納里尼奧 FC fully deserved thier win.
