The audience was convinced that Jonathan Hellström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateus Teves was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. A collision led to Academia Monte Gordo getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hildeberto Sesimbra hit a great ball. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Gervasio Pattillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Leonardo in the 24th minute of play. Andrés Aceituno's late challenge caught a Academia Monte Gordo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrés Aceituno helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th minute, Andrés Aceituno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute Bertrán Jarabran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus Teves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gervasio Pattillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Leonardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Gervasio Pattillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damião Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hildeberto Sesimbra in the 42nd minute of play forced ☠QUINTERO☠'s goalkeeper Gervasio Pattillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Bertrán Jarabran made a precise shot to the right of Mateus Teves. Academia Monte Gordo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Hellström in the 46th minute of play forced Academia Monte Gordo's goalkeeper Mateus Teves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateus Teves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Bourchier in the 64th minute of play. Marcos Leonardo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gervasio Pattillo came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcos Leonardo slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 66th minute. Marcos Leonardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Gervasio Pattillo made a huge save. Francisco Bourchier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, ☠QUINTERO☠'s goalkeeper Gervasio Pattillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hildeberto Sesimbra. Hildeberto Sesimbra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Gervasio Pattillo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gervasio Pattillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hildeberto Sesimbra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
