After 4 played minutes Olavarria FC got a freekick which was hit by Reinaert Van Elsen. With a couple of smart ball manuevers César da Rocha in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rüştü Preudhomme saved Olavarria FC from getting behind. In the 11thth minute of the game Robbie De Kijser who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inter de Melão's Allan de Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olavarria FC were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Inter de Melão's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Robbie De Kijser took the corner. The corner ended in Robbie De Kijser almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Inter de Melão's Allan de Almeida did a great save. After 14 played minutes Inter de Melão got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Farias. In the 15th minute, Robbie De Kijser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robbie De Kijser in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Allan de Almeida prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the match, César da Rocha dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rüştü Preudhomme, 1-0. In the 23rd minute Ernesto Farias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rüştü Preudhomme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-1 became the score in the 24th minute when Guillaume Carels elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 28thth minute of the game Robbie De Kijser who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inter de Melão's Allan de Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Olavarria FC's Stephen Camps got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Inter de Melão's César da Rocha dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by César da Rocha in the 38th minute of play forced Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Rüştü Preudhomme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guillaume Carels sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cido Urbano during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Inter de Melão getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Cido Urbano hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Olavarria FC's Robbie De Kijser tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robbie De Kijser stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Liam Demuynck charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Liam Demuynck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Olavarria FC! In the 53rd minute there was a penalty for Inter de Melão. Luiz Fabiano Novaes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rüştü Preudhomme. 3-1. 56 minutes into the match, Gonçalo Mazza notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Olavarria FC's Rüştü Preudhomme. Rüştü Preudhomme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Robbin Meeus hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Rüştü Preudhomme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from César da Rocha in the 66th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's goalkeeper Allan de Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luk Ombelets. The crowd rose to their feet as Luk Ombelets kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Allan de Almeida. That made the score 4-2 in the 71 minute of play. Allan de Almeida made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Robbie De Kijser sent off a good shot on target. Stephen Camps hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the game, Inter de Melão's César da Rocha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rüştü Preudhomme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Anthonio Van der Willeghem hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Maurinho Vergílio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter de Melão's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurinho Vergílio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rüştü Preudhomme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robbie De Kijser's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Allan de Almeida skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Guillaume Carels managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olavarria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillaume Carels was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Allan de Almeida breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94thth minute of the game Robbie De Kijser who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inter de Melão's Allan de Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 99 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Vergílio came free, but Rüştü Preudhomme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inter de Melão's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
