Janusz Giejda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 9th minute, Leopoldo Erlantz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clemente Neron's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janusz Giejda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Edgard Quintun sped through FC SZAFIRY's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Janusz Giejda. A collision led to FC SZAFIRY getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ludomil Augustyniak hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's Victoriano Burutzagi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. FC SZAFIRY's Janusz Giejda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Erlantz in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC SZAFIRY's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Victoriano Burutzagi was slow to take the kick. During this time Newpi Academy's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Clemente Neron managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Quintun in the 28th minute of play forced FC SZAFIRY's goalkeeper Janusz Giejda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armand Callahan kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Stefan Bejgier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the game, Enrique Betadur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Newpi Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC SZAFIRY the free kick. After 38 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Quintun. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Quintun in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Janusz Giejda saved FC SZAFIRY from getting behind. In the 42nd minute, Edgard Quintun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clemente Neron charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clemente Neron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Neron. After a rather tough play, Newpi Academy's Clemente Neron got a free kick in the 47th minute. The FC SZAFIRY players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Newpi Academy were winning 0-2.

When Leopoldo Erlantz came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Newpi Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopoldo Erlantz couldn't finish the play. In the 56thth minute of the game Edgard Quintun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC SZAFIRY's Janusz Giejda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgard Quintun got free with Janusz Giejda in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Newpi Academy getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Fernando Asur hit a great ball. In the 79th play minute Edgard Quintun came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Janusz Giejda. 0-5. Janusz Giejda was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Edgard Quintun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edgard Quintun really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Edgard Quintun sped through FC SZAFIRY's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Janusz Giejda. Edgard Quintun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Erlantz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
