Amos Giusto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erdem İklim made a kick off. Rino Gattuso's late challenge caught a Türk Polis Gücü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The coaching staff of Türk Polis Gücü protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Saffet Köklem had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. With a little luck, Türk Polis Gücü's Yasin Ünsevin got control of the ball when Cosimo Muzzolon tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Cumali Kayansel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Türk Polis Gücü's supporters rose to their feet, but Cumali Kayansel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amos Giusto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sporting Club Sicilia getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Carter Marsili hit a great ball. After 96 played minutes Sporting Club Sicilia got a freekick which was hit by Giovanni Morris. Many of Sporting Club Sicilia's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Sporting Club Sicilia may have spent more time on the ball, but Türk Polis Gücü were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
