Rui Noronha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Angulo in the 11th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Sabaneta FC's Raul Clavell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rui Noronha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Clemente Ruy scored 3-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rui Noronha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute, Diego Angulo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rui Noronha, passed just outside the right post. 23 minutes into the game, Sidro Piciña threw the ball into play from the sideline. castro marim cyty's Alfredo Anjos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 24 minutes, Cláudio Morais mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the castro marim cyty and the Sabaneta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 24 played minutes castro marim cyty got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Morais. Rui Noronha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Angulo went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the game, Diego Angulo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rui Noronha. Diego Angulo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. In the 39th minute Clemente Ruy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Noronha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Noronha made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Raul Clavell sent off a good shot on target. After 48 played minutes Diego Angulo rounded castro marim cyty's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 7-0. Sabaneta FC's Jonatan Mocellar was substituted for Clemente Ruy. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Veríssimo Vasconcelos to make the kick off. Raul Clavell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Noronha having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Jonatan Mocellar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Rui Noronha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Sidro Piciña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Raul Clavell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rui Noronha. castro marim cyty's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Clavell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Jonatan Mocellar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sabaneta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonatan Mocellar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rui Noronha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Angulo in the 70th minute of play forced castro marim cyty's goalkeeper Rui Noronha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Noronha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Angulo went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Rui Noronha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Mocellar in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Manu Agostino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sabaneta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Manu Agostino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rui Noronha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 85 minutes of play, Sabaneta FC's Diego Angulo made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rui Noronha was left in no man's land by his defense there! 88 minutes into the game, Sabaneta FC's Diego Angulo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rui Noronha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. Jonatan Mocellar struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Rui Noronha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sabaneta FC. After a defensive mix-up in castro marim cyty's zone, Maraman Bances stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui Noronha came out of the goal and Maraman Bances tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sabaneta FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
