Spectators: 7561 (Terracing: 5672, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roch Betonowy kicked off to start the match. Manole Ghiondea made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Roch Betonowy sent off a good shot on target. Śląsk Bytom's Maciek Hana shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 3rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Manole Ghiondea but with some difficulty. With a little luck, Galati Harbour Cats's Manole Ghiondea got control of the ball when Roch Betonowy tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 6 minutes of play, Śląsk Bytom's Roch Betonowy made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manole Ghiondea was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Galati Harbour Cats booed when Śląsk Bytom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maciek Hana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Piotr Gecionis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Śląsk Bytom's Napoleon Wietrzychowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Manole Ghiondea. That made the score 3-0 after 16 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maciek Hana got free with Manole Ghiondea in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute Maciek Hana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manole Ghiondea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Lucjan Sochacki sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Galati Harbour Cats's Manole Ghiondea didn't even have to move. In the 33rd match minute, Galati Harbour Cats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liviu Soare to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Galati Harbour Cats's Manole Ghiondea got control of the ball when Roch Betonowy tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 40 minutes Galati Harbour Cats's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucjan Sochacki who took care of the corner kick. Czeslaw Rakowski made a great header on Śląsk Bytom's corner, it was just that Galati Harbour Cats's Manole Ghiondea managed to reach the ball for a save. Śląsk Bytom's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucjan Sochacki in the 47th minute. A well done corner resulted in Roch Betonowy drilling the ball in to score 6-0 behind Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Liviu Soare to make the kick off. Manole Ghiondea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Napoleon Wietrzychowski's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute, Roch Betonowy made a precise shot to the right of Manole Ghiondea. Galati Harbour Cats's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roch Betonowy in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manole Ghiondea saved Galati Harbour Cats from getting behind. Manole Ghiondea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Sochacki, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Manole Anghel kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Roch Betonowy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manole Ghiondea was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Manole Ghiondea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Sochacki, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 78th match minute, Galati Harbour Cats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Mavrogheni to maneuver through the defense. Roch Betonowy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Roch Betonowy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Śląsk Bytom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Manole Ghiondea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Napoleon Wietrzychowski went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Galati Harbour Cats getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Valer Oproiu hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the game, Maciek Hana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Manole Ghiondea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Śląsk Bytom fully deserved thier win.
