Spectators: 7463 (Terracing: 5598, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eustacio Llorienzo took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel De Beer got free with Flavio Bento in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6th minute Eustacio Llorienzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Ryers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6thth minute of the game Everardo Regis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Forza Heppenbach's Bernard Ryers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Eustacio Llorienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Alvaro Gudesteo made a precise shot to the right of Bernard Ryers. Forza Heppenbach's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Flavio Bento made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Ruben de Wolf sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th match minute, La Cosa Nostra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Inko to maneuver through the defense. Axel De Beer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Bento having to make a save. Flavio Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ward Raeymakers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel De Beer in the 22nd minute of play forced La Cosa Nostra's goalkeeper Flavio Bento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernard Ryers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Regis in the 25th minute of the match. Jonas Loreto hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Bernard Ryers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eustacio Llorienzo went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Augustijn Luytens kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Everardo Regis hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half La Cosa Nostra were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ward Raeymakers was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Eustacio Llorienzo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernard Ryers. The goal made the score 1-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben de Wolf in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Bento saved La Cosa Nostra from getting behind. Flavio Bento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brain De Raedemaeker's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute Ward Raeymakers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Bento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 71 minutes, Eustacio Llorienzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Cosa Nostra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustacio Llorienzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eustacio Llorienzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Axel De Beer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Bento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Flavio Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben de Wolf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 played minutes La Cosa Nostra got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Pacorro. The supporters of La Cosa Nostra booed when Forza Heppenbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel De Beer didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Forza Heppenbach lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
