The corner ended in Carmine Sciamanna almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Karl-Ove Andersson did a great save. A collision led to FC UNIREA Alba Iulia getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Emanuel Finteșteanu hit a great ball. Alisson Becker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Finteșteanu in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Felix Chirtoacă seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Felix Chirtoacă the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC UNIREA Alba Iulia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Felix Chirtoacă had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 18 minutes into the game, one of FC UNIREA Alba Iulia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gigel Câmpeanu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alisson Becker. io.dasola's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alin Agud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Alin Agud notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of io.dasola's Alisson Becker. Alisson Becker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute of the match, Adriaan Say got a very nice opportunity to score, but Karl-Ove Andersson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. io.dasola's Alessandro Zoccali shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 39th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Karl-Ove Andersson but with some difficulty. After a defensive mix-up in FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's zone, Ali Sayah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Ove Andersson came out of the goal and Ali Sayah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, io.dasola's Adriaan Say sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl-Ove Andersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When io.dasola's Corrado Catena in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Karl-Ove Andersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ali Sayah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gigi Câmpeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Ali Sayah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl-Ove Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriaan Say, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Tudor Bărbânță sped through io.dasola's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alisson Becker. When io.dasola's Ali Sayah in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 81st minute, Adriaan Say got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl-Ove Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriaan Say in the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Sayah in the 85th minute of play forced FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Karl-Ove Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Ali Sayah cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Karl-Ove Andersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute Pål Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. io.dasola were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
