Lord of the Wings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tam Clerk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's goalkeeper Alisdair Ferries had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Alvarenga. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lord of the Wings! Lord of the Wings:s Alisdair Ferries showed great skill when he stopped Nicolas Alvarenga:s penalty. The corner led Cambotinha EC's Falcão Novaes to a score. 3-0 in the 40th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's goalkeeper Alisdair Ferries had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Alvarenga. Alisdair Ferries made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Novaes in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolas Alvarenga to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Nicolas Alvarenga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alisdair Ferries was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Lord of the Wings's Alisdair Ferries played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Figueiredo in the 80th minute of play. Cambotinha EC's Celso Tepedino got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Falcão Novaes made a precise shot to the right of Alisdair Ferries. Lord of the Wings's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Edmond Mason could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Vânderson Dantas made a huge save. After having played for 92 minutes, Adriano Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cambotinha EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriano Figueiredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Troy McLewis hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cambotinha EC had played much better football throughout.
