When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ožbej Musar sped through 12 Monkeys's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yoto Boshikyov. Kristifor Seyfried showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainer Akgaard in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, Janick Klitman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 12 Monkeys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fajteri the free kick. After 17 played minutes 12 Monkeys got a freekick which was hit by Janick Klitman. After 18 played minutes, Fajteri's Eduard Komatar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yoto Boshikyov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fajteri reached it. 19 minutes into the match, Joseph Edman notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Fajteri's Kristifor Seyfried. Kristifor Seyfried was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ožbej Musar in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yoto Boshikyov saved 12 Monkeys from getting behind. After 27 played minutes 12 Monkeys got a freekick which was hit by Therkil Kammesgaard. 34 minutes into the match, Fajteri's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Edman came free, but Kristifor Seyfried reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristifor Seyfried showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Benna in the 37th minute of the match. When Šimun Kerbler fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fajteri's protests and gave Šimun Kerbler a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fajteri getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Šimun Kerbler hit a great ball. Kristifor Seyfried stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oskar Benna's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Yoto Boshikyov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marsel Pečjak in the 43rd minute. A collision led to Fajteri getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Klavdij Burja hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Joseph Edman managed to get in a good position for a shot. 12 Monkeys's supporters rose to their feet, but Joseph Edman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristifor Seyfried breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute, Omar Ajnik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Fajteri getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Klavdij Burja hit a great ball. Kristifor Seyfried showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Edman, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
After having played for 54 minutes, Oskar Benna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 12 Monkeys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oskar Benna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 Monkeys's Edwardt Uttenreitter got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 Monkeys's Yoto Boshikyov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ožbej Musar in the 58th minute of play. Dejvid Kržin hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Oskar Benna managed to get in a good position for a shot. 12 Monkeys's supporters rose to their feet, but Oskar Benna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristifor Seyfried breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kristifor Seyfried didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joseph Edman went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Apolonije Podobnik kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Joseph Edman rounded Fajteri's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-5. In the 93rd minute Oskar Benna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristifor Seyfried saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fajteri's zone, Rainer Akgaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristifor Seyfried came out of the goal and Rainer Akgaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over 12 Monkeys could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fajteri throughout the match.
