In the 58thth minute of the game Elvio Olo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samurai's Fredrik Bennet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 60th minute Elvio Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Bennet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredrik Bennet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Fix, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The referee ignored Palermo AFC's protests and gave Elvio Olo a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Florencio Fix put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fredrik Bennet. If Artemio Pitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the game, Mattias Smefeldt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samurai's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palermo AFC the free kick. A collision led to Samurai getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mattias Smefeldt hit a great ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Palermo AFC had played much better football throughout.
