In the 11th minute Teodosio Herena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Herena in the 11th minute of play forced Inter Gala's goalkeeper Naldo Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Inter Gala's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Herena came free, but Naldo Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Teodosio Herena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Juan Bartoleme recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Naldo Félix. Venancio Madaleno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráusio Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute Magno Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Madaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Bartoleme made a kick off. After some careless play in the KIRICOCHO FC defense, Reinaldo Dracena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Venancio Madaleno. The KIRICOCHO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Venancio Madaleno should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Juan Bartoleme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Naldo Félix was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. 62 minutes into the match, Osvaldinho Baptista notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of KIRICOCHO FC's Venancio Madaleno. Venancio Madaleno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. KIRICOCHO FC's Venancio Madaleno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save KIRICOCHO FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Magno Matorin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Venancio Madaleno was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. After 72 played minutes KIRICOCHO FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Indar. Paulo Gomesano's late challenge caught a Inter Gala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Gomesano helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, KIRICOCHO FC's Paulo Gomesano got a free kick in the 79th minute. Venancio Madaleno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldinho Baptista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Inter Gala's Venancio Madaleno threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Osvaldinho Baptista, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Venancio Madaleno made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Reinaldo Dracena sent off a good shot on target. After 90 played minutes Inter Gala got a freekick which was hit by Flavinho Vasconcelos. When Nestor Hoffmann fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter Gala's protests and gave Nestor Hoffmann a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Inter Gala's Nestor Hoffmann got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute Juan Bartoleme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Ezequiel Lehior got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Naldo Félix quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
