Tostão de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eber Ludeña in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute Hipolito Lucila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tostão de Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 played minutes All Boys 22 got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Lucila. Hélio Vianna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Elpidio Selmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The All Boys 22 fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when All Boys 22's Eber Ludeña looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 20 minutes into the game, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Hélio Vianna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elpidio Selmo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to S.E. Pindorama Eagles getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Aga Cuarto hit a great ball. Tostão de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Lucila in the 25th minute of play. Tostão de Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eber Ludeña's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Zé Rafael's late challenge caught a All Boys 22's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Rafael helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to S.E. Pindorama Eagles getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Zé Rafael hit a great ball. Eber Ludeña struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Tostão de Andrade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for All Boys 22. After 34 played minutes All Boys 22 got a freekick which was hit by João Francisco Freire. In the 39th match minute, S.E. Pindorama Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aga Cuarto to maneuver through the defense. Andres Umea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hélio Vianna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Selmo having to interfere. After 44 played minutes S.E. Pindorama Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Zé Rafael. The audience was convinced that Hipolito Lucila's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tostão de Andrade was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hélio Vianna made a kick off. After some careless play in the All Boys 22 defense, Hélio Vianna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elpidio Selmo. The All Boys 22 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elpidio Selmo should have stopped the shot. Tostão de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eber Ludeña in the 56th minute of the match. With a little luck, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Tostão de Andrade got control of the ball when Hipolito Lucila tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 71 played minutes S.E. Pindorama Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Zé Rafael. Hélio Vianna took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elpidio Selmo. Elpidio Selmo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Tostão de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eber Ludeña in the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st match minute, S.E. Pindorama Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aga Cuarto to maneuver through the defense. Eber Ludeña succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. Elpidio Selmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélio Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the game, João Francisco Freire was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. All Boys 22's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave S.E. Pindorama Eagles the free kick. The supporters of S.E. Pindorama Eagles booed when All Boys 22 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Francisco Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, All Boys 22's goal looked a bit too open when Hélio Vianna came free, but Elpidio Selmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Eber Ludeña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Hélio Vianna made a precise shot to the right of Elpidio Selmo. All Boys 22's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. S.E. Pindorama Eagles had won after a very even match.
