Cesinha Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovani Arce in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Edgard Vides left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Litoral EC - CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Glauco do Nascimento received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Claudinei Esteves came out and tried to block the shot, but Glauco do Nascimento slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 19th minute. Dolfo Marcos took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinei Esteves. Claudinei Esteves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dolfo Marcos during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dolfo Marcos kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Claudinei Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamílton Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Hamílton Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glauco do Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Esteves having to interfere. After 36 minutes of play, Hartmann Futebol Clube's Glauco do Nascimento made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudinei Esteves was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the match, Hartmann Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Geovani Arce came free, but Cesinha Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Virgílio Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute Edgard Vides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesinha Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tales Leite's late challenge caught a Hartmann Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tales Leite helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Litoral EC - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Tales Leite. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dolfo Marcos was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Dolfo Marcos came free, but Claudinei Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Glauco do Nascimento notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Litoral EC - CIMZ's Claudinei Esteves. Claudinei Esteves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 57 minutes into the game, Glauco do Nascimento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Claudinei Esteves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dolfo Marcos took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinei Esteves. Claudinei Esteves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. If Glauco do Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Vides took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesinha Veiga. Cesinha Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. Claudinei Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolfo Marcos in the 76th minute of the match. Cesinha Veiga was a little too slow when Aírton Capixaba got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 6-3. In the 85th minute, Glauco do Nascimento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinei Esteves was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-3. After 93 minutes, Kléberson Travassos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Litoral EC - CIMZ and the Hartmann Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Kléberson Travassos got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
