An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Romero in the 30th minute of play forced Pancha Futbol Club's goalkeeper Norberto Arixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Emilio Etxatxu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Norberto Arixo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Juan Romero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 34 minute of play. After 47 minutes, Florentino Frichoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pancha Futbol Club and the Scofield players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 47 played minutes Pancha Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Frichoso. Norberto Arixo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Etxatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cipriano Kemen to make the kick off. Gualterio Min hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute Juan Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Arixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Bemabe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Arixo having to interfere. Norberto Arixo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute.
