Spectators: 7568 (Terracing: 5677, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz started the match with the kick off. Fabian Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ola Strömbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute Jens-Ola Strömbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svante Sigman hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Hjalmar Mattsson kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Emilio Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesper Tomasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ola Strömbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Golden Lions FC defense, Juan Romero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jesper Tomasson. The Golden Lions FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jesper Tomasson should have stopped the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Scofield's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Sigman came free, but Fabian Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svante Sigman in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Pello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Scofield's Emilio Etxatxu got a free kick in the 39th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Jens-Ola Strömbom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Pello. Scofield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens-Ola Strömbom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Romero to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz in the 58th minute of play forced Scofield's goalkeeper Fabian Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Pello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz in the 61st minute. Jesper Tomasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Etxatxu in the 63rd minute of play. Aurelio Weather kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Fermin Hotz fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scofield's protests and gave Fermin Hotz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Scofield getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Fermin Hotz hit a great ball. Svante Sigman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Pello having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Golden Lions FC's Svante Sigman got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 76th minute of the match Fermin Hotz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jesper Tomasson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Scofield's goal looked a bit too open when Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz came free, but Fabian Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Maxin in the 84th minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Jesper Tomasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th match minute, Golden Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svante Sigman to maneuver through the defense.
