Spectators: 7474 (Terracing: 5607, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcelino Abajas kicked off to start the match. Djimmy Guimard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens Forssberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Åström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Siro Abad kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Djimmy Guimard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens Forssberg in the 15th minute of the match. Emanuel Browall might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Djimmy Guimard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Browall ran back to his position shaking his head. 18 minutes into the match, El Patriarca ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Browall came free, but Djimmy Guimard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boomerang Bombers's Claes Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Abad in the 20th minute of play. Djimmy Guimard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens Forssberg in the 21st minute of play. Dennis Uter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ted Asklöv kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Boomerang Bombers's Claes Sandström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Boomerang Bombers from getting a goal against them. Ted Asklöv's late challenge caught a El Patriarca ®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ted Asklöv helped the player get up and apologised. Siro Abad kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Nestor Argoitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Patriarca ®'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boomerang Bombers the free kick. After a rather tough play, El Patriarca ®'s Nestor Argoitz got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 42nd minute Jens Forssberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Djimmy Guimard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boomerang Bombers's Jens Forssberg got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Browall was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, El Patriarca ®'s Siro Abad got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Djimmy Guimard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Browall in the 59th minute of play. Djimmy Guimard made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Dennis Uter sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th match minute, Boomerang Bombers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Forssberg to maneuver through the defense. Gregorio Seber hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Jens Forssberg took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Djimmy Guimard. Djimmy Guimard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 92nd minute, El Patriarca ®'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jens Forssberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Emanuel Browall kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The supporters of Boomerang Bombers booed when El Patriarca ® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Abajas didn't get a good kick on the ball.
