The referee ignored Miau Stars's protests and gave Mina Felina a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Miau Stars getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Mina Felina hit a great ball. Robustiano Ferman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Percival de Queirós. Miau Stars's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Celestino Umea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mina Felina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th match minute, Miau Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edson Couto to maneuver through the defense. Celestino Umea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Montae came free, but Percival de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Black StarZ's goalkeeper Celestino Umea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Rocha. Celestino Umea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hugo Rocha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. Miau Stars's Percival de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Tuste in the 28th minute of play. Celestino Umea was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rubinho Vasconcelos. 32 minutes into the match, Black StarZ's goal looked a bit too open when Maria Socorro came free, but Celestino Umea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maria Socorro took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celestino Umea. Celestino Umea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maria Socorro during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maria Socorro hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. A hard, long distance shot from Mina Felina flew over the goal. Maria Socorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Umea having to interfere. Celestino Umea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mina Felina went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Maria Socorro made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Miau Stars got a freekick which was hit by Maria Socorro. After a rather tough play, Black StarZ's Maximiliano Frederico got a free kick in the 54th minute. A hard shot by Robustiano Ferman from long distance, 57 minutes into the match, got Percival de Queirós's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Hugo Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute Maria Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Umea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Black StarZ's goal looked a bit too open when Mina Felina came free, but Celestino Umea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filipe Figueiredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 77th minute Filipe Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Umea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 played minutes Black StarZ got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Pinto. 80 minutes into the match, Maria Socorro notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Black StarZ's Celestino Umea. Celestino Umea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Black StarZ's Celestino Umea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maria Socorro in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th match minute, Miau Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nildo Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute Filipe Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Umea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Montae's late challenge caught a Miau Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Montae helped the player get up and apologised. Alberto Montae hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Black StarZ's Celestino Umea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maria Socorro in the 92nd minute of play. Black StarZ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
