Spectators: 7515 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Fernandinho Fantini started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mustafa Emrah Sedat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hílton Magalhães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Patric Bierhoff's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hílton Magalhães was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. istanbulls's Patric Bierhoff was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 10th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Mustafa Emrah Sedat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Hílton Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Latif Şakir got free with Hílton Magalhães in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patric Bierhoff in the 19th minute of play. Patric Bierhoff had several of the Botinho FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Hílton Magalhães as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patric Bierhoff in the 24th minute of play forced Botinho FC's goalkeeper Hílton Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hílton Magalhães stood somewhat misplaced when Patric Bierhoff came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 25 minute. After 28 played minutes Patric Bierhoff could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 4-0 into the left cross. Patric Bierhoff had several of the Botinho FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Hílton Magalhães as he didn't even see the shot coming. Patric Bierhoff in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hílton Magalhães, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mustafa Emrah Sedat's late challenge caught a Botinho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Emrah Sedat helped the player get up and apologised. Latif Şakir took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hílton Magalhães. Hílton Magalhães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Patric Bierhoff made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Patric Bierhoff made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hílton Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Emrah Sedat, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elder Sarmento during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Botinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elder Sarmento to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the game, Mustafa Emrah Sedat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Hílton Magalhães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st minute Ahmet Baki Uzsoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Botinho FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Marco Nóbrega hit a great ball. Hatemi Cire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Nóbrega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hílton Magalhães came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by istanbulls's Latif Şakir. But to his dismay, Latif Şakir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patric Bierhoff in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hílton Magalhães saved Botinho FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Patric Bierhoff's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hílton Magalhães was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. istanbulls's Hatemi Cire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egídio Ortiz in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Latif Şakir in the 95th minute of play forced Botinho FC's goalkeeper Hílton Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. istanbulls's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
