Bendegúz Ördög could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Hílton Magalhães made a huge save. After 5 minutes, Bernardinho Penha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Botinho FC and the Nimród Vére players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nimród Vére's Krisztián Sydbøge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egídio Ortiz in the 8th minute of play. Vitéz Döbrögi hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bendegúz Ördög came free, but Hílton Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Botinho FC defense, Róbert Vadas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hílton Magalhães. The Botinho FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hílton Magalhães should have stopped the shot. Bendegúz Ördögs short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Hílton Magalhães to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 30 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goalkeeper Hílton Magalhães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bendegúz Ördög. 33 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ede Edelényi came free, but Hílton Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ede Edelényi in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hílton Magalhães saved Botinho FC from getting behind. Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Botinho FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Penha in the 47th minute of play forced Nimród Vére's goalkeeper Krisztián Sydbøge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ede Edelényi made a kick off. Hílton Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bendegúz Ördög in the 52nd minute of play. Marco Nóbrega hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The supporters of Botinho FC booed when Nimród Vére was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Róbert Vadas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Bernardinho Penha put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Krisztián Sydbøge. Egídio Ortiz's late challenge caught a Nimród Vére's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egídio Ortiz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th match minute, Botinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egídio Ortiz to maneuver through the defense. Hílton Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ede Edelényi in the 69th minute of play. Bendegúz Ördög struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Hílton Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nimród Vére. Egídio Ortiz hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Bernardinho Penha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Krisztián Sydbøge when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Ede Edelényi sped through Botinho FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hílton Magalhães. If Ede Edelényi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Penha in the 85th minute of play forced Nimród Vére's goalkeeper Krisztián Sydbøge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bendegúz Ördög in the 88th minute of play. Krisztián Sydbøge made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Bernardinho Penha sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute Ede Edelényi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hílton Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ede Edelényi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ede Edelényi in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hílton Magalhães saved Botinho FC from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bendegúz Ördög in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hílton Magalhães saved Botinho FC from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Botinho FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nimród Vére.
