Dé Souza came out and tried to block the shot, but Julio Baptista slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Dé Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pero Šiljak in the 8th minute of the match. In the 12th play minute Pero Šiljak came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dé Souza. 2-0. A collision led to Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Flavinho Castro hit a great ball. Julio Baptista scored 3-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dé Souza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dé Souza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Baptista went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Roberto Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dé Souza was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julio Baptista showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 29 minute of play. Téo Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute of the match Lech Spychalski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dé Souza skillfully saved the ball. Liu Xiang Zhen hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute of the match Bruno-Henrique Corsi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roberto Oliveira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 38 minutes, Pero Šiljak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JEC - FC and the Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st minute, Geovani Garcia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dé Souza. The goal made the score 6-0. In the 45th minute, Tales Pombal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Oliveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Julio Baptista made the kick off in the second half. Dé Souza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julio Baptista's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. 洪笑珂 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Liu Xiang Zhen came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the JEC - FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liu Xiang Zhen couldn't finish the play. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Dé Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Baptista in the 68th minute of play. Geovani Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Dé Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dé Souza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julio Baptista's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Roberto Oliveira made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Edson Araújo sent off a good shot on target. Dé Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 91st match minute, JEC - FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liu Xiang Zhen to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Baptista came free, but Dé Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
