In the 5th minute Zbigniew Hatman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernani da Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernani da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Hatman in the 6th minute of play. LFS Sapphire Club's Zbigniew Hatman got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hernani da Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Carrasqueira in the 9th minute of the match. Hernani da Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbigniew Hatman, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Roland Cerocki took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hernani da Rocha. AC Korban's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Albuquerque got free with Baltasar Aznaro in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hernani da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Cerocki in the 20th minute of play. LFS Sapphire Club were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after AC Korban's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roland Cerocki took the corner. The corner ended in Roland Cerocki almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AC Korban's Hernani da Rocha did a great save. In the 23rd minute of the match 贺奕辉 sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hernani da Rocha skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Albuquerque got free with Baltasar Aznaro in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. AC Korban's Hernani da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislaw Piwowarski in the 30th minute of play. After 36 played minutes LFS Sapphire Club got a freekick which was hit by Roland Cerocki. In the 45th minute, Zbigniew Hatman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LFS Sapphire Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vinícius Perez was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, LFS Sapphire Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Cerocki to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Falcão hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. AC Korban's Hernani da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislaw Piwowarski in the 57th minute of play. AC Korban's Hernani da Rocha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save AC Korban from getting a goal against them. 64 minutes into the game, LFS Sapphire Club's Wieslaw Erland nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hernani da Rocha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After having played for 67 minutes, Wieslaw Erland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LFS Sapphire Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wieslaw Erland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Igor Albuquerque took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baltasar Aznaro. Baltasar Aznaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 76 minutes into the game, Fedele Cardella cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Hernani da Rocha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zbigniew Hatman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Hernani da Rocha skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Zbigniew Hatman took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Hernani da Rocha to make any attempt to save it. Stasio Redisz hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Igor Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. LFS Sapphire Club's Baltasar Aznaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Perez in the 85th minute of play. Baltasar Aznaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Hernani da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Carrasqueira in the 89th minute of play. After 91 played minutes AC Korban got a freekick which was hit by Alfredinho Fonseca. Hernani da Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Carrasqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The LFS Sapphire Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LFS Sapphire Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
