In the 6thth minute of the game Desiderio Demario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blue Boys Predators's Greger Myr was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bahía é Carnaval's Sergio Romeri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Bahía é Carnaval from getting a goal against them. Sergio Romeri made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Arvin Lindström sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Blue Boys Predators booed when Bahía é Carnaval was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Cambranes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Bahía é Carnaval's goalkeeper Sergio Romeri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arvin Lindström. 18 minutes into the game, George Valler lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Sergio Romeri. After 22 played minutes Blue Boys Predators got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Samuelsson. Sergio Romeri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Valler, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute, Harald Wallengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Pastor Lano in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Blue Boys Predators's Sebastian Samuelsson. 36 minutes into the match, Bahía é Carnaval's goal looked a bit too open when Arvin Lindström came free, but Sergio Romeri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blue Boys Predators's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tony Utter in the 40th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Olov Kvalfält heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Arvin Lindström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Sergio Romeri made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Desiderio Demario made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Arvin Lindström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blue Boys Predators's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvin Lindström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Blue Boys Predators's goalkeeper Greger Myr had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Demario. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blue Boys Predators's goalkeeper Greger Myr, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Iban got free with Greger Myr in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Blue Boys Predators getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. George Valler hit a great ball. Bahía é Carnaval made a substitution. Ceferino Miro replaced Horacio Lia. Roque Camerino kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Francisco Gagriel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Greger Myr having to interfere. A collision led to Blue Boys Predators getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Harald Wallengren hit a great ball. After 82 played minutes Bahía é Carnaval got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Jakes. Francisco Gagriel struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Greger Myr didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bahía é Carnaval. Desiderio Demario's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Greger Myr skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Blue Boys Predators's Sebastian Samuelsson got a free kick in the 91st minute. 95 minutes into the match, Blue Boys Predators's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Demario came free, but Greger Myr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 97 minutes Blue Boys Predators's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Uriel Chorche who took care of the corner kick. Uriel Chorche made a great header on Bahía é Carnaval's corner, it was just that Blue Boys Predators's Greger Myr managed to reach the ball for a save. Blue Boys Predators walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
