Xencio Tricio scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nelson Cloarec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roldan Alzaga in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nelson Cloarec saved Formation Pure Lyonnaise from getting behind. If Calle Inda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davy Giacomoni's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Obregón Busto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Davy Giacomoni in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ornopata's goalie prevented a goal. Davy Giacomoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roldan Alzaga in the 21st minute of play. Léonard Laumond kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Roldan Alzaga came free, but Nelson Cloarec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Xosepe Iñigo came free, but Nelson Cloarec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nelson Cloarec didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roldan Alzaga went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Nelson Cloarec came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Ornopata's Xosepe Iñigo. But to his dismay, Xosepe Iñigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Calle Inda took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nelson Cloarec. Nelson Cloarec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After the first half Ornopata were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roldan Alzaga was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Ornopata's Xosepe Iñigo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nelson Cloarec. That made the score 0-5 after 52 minutes of play. 55 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xencio Tricio. 63 minutes into the game, Roldan Alzaga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Nelson Cloarec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th minute, Davy Giacomoni ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Obregón Busto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. In the 70th minute, Xencio Tricio made a precise shot to the right of Nelson Cloarec. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calle Inda in the 77th minute of play forced Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec got control of the ball when Xencio Tricio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Rogerio Logares came free, but Nelson Cloarec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roldan Alzaga. In the 87th minute, Ornopata's Calle Inda ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nelson Cloarec. Nelson Cloarec yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roldan Alzaga in the 95th minute of play forced Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calle Inda might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nelson Cloarec. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Calle Inda ran back to his position shaking his head.
