FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI's supporters rose to their feet, but Eidvilas Markūnas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aztore Sarantes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 26 minutes of play, El Pinar's Fulgencio Lazaeta made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raimondas Bitėnas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aztore Sarantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orestas Kontautas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raimondas Bitėnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elizardo Arzube in the 34th minute of the match. Raimondas Bitėnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosario Encalada in the 40th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eidvilas Markūnas to make the kick off. Raimondas Bitėnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosario Encalada in the 58th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on El Pinar's corner Xano Ocejo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Raimondas Bitėnas quite easily take care of the ball. In the 66th minute of the match, Paulo Borrero got a very nice opportunity to score, but Raimondas Bitėnas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Galsino Bradi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimondas Bitėnas having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Elizardo Arzube got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elizardo Arzube got free with Raimondas Bitėnas in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raimondas Bitėnas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Borrero in the 85th minute. El Pinar played a much better game than FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI and deserved their victory. The FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
