The BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Israel Bertol should have stopped the shot. In the 15th match minute, Santa Margarita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Onbera to maneuver through the defense. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Israel Bertol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Gilen in the 19th minute of play. In the 84th minute of the match, Robustiano Lizardi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Israel Bertol saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Israel Bertol was a little too slow when Robustiano Lizardi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 0-13. Laureano Eztebe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Israel Bertol came out and tried to block the shot, but Laureano Eztebe slotted it home off the left post making it 0-14 in the 95th minute. Santa Margarita played a much better game than BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB and deserved their victory. The BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
