After a defensive mix-up in Juventus F.C.'s zone, Caitano Ponce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo De Paolis came out of the goal and Caitano Ponce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciro Cirone kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Raúl Martínez might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anselmo De Paolis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raúl Martínez ran back to his position shaking his head. Valleslona F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
